1. Angstroma Trademarks

The following are trademarks of Angstroma, Inc., a Delaware corporation:

• ANGSTROMA — word mark (™)
• Angstroma logo — the shield + accessibility figure + orbital ring design shown above
• angstroma.com — domain name and associated brand

These marks are protected under United States trademark law and applicable international treaties. The ™ symbol indicates claimed trademark rights pending registration. Unauthorized use of any Angstroma mark — including copying, reproducing, altering, or distributing the logo — is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal action.

2. Permitted Uses

• Factual reference — "Our website uses Angstroma for accessibility" or "Powered by Angstroma"
• Reviews and commentary — Writing honest reviews, blog posts, or editorial content about Angstroma
• Academic and journalistic use — Referring to Angstroma in research, news articles, or educational content
• Comparison — Comparing Angstroma to competitors in an accurate, truthful manner
• Integration disclosure — Disclosing to your users that you use Angstroma on your website

When using our name factually: use "Angstroma" as an adjective followed by the product name where possible (e.g., "Angstroma accessibility widget"), not as a verb or noun representing the product category.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Using "Angstroma" or any confusingly similar name as part of your own company name, product name, or domain name
• Using the Angstroma logo or design marks without written permission
• Modifying or altering the Angstroma logo (changing colors, proportions, or adding text)
• Implying affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by Angstroma without our written consent
• Registering "angstroma" or variations as a username, domain, or social media handle in a way that could cause confusion
• Using Angstroma marks in any way that is false, misleading, or disparaging
• Using Angstroma marks in connection with illegal activity

4. Resellers and Partners

If you are an authorized Angstroma reseller or integration partner, your reseller or partner agreement governs your use of Angstroma marks. In general:

• You may use the Angstroma name and logo in marketing materials as described in your agreement
• You must use the most current versions of brand assets provided by Angstroma
• Your materials must include the required attribution notice
• You must not use the Angstroma name or logo in any way that implies you are Angstroma

5. "Powered by Angstroma" Attribution

If you use the Angstroma accessibility widget on your website, you may display a "Powered by Angstroma" attribution. This is not required but is appreciated.

If you display such attribution, use the unmodified text "Powered by Angstroma" and link to angstroma.com. Do not modify the text or combine it with other marks in a way that misrepresents the relationship.

6. Reporting Trademark Violations

If you believe someone is misusing Angstroma trademarks — particularly in a way that could confuse customers or damage our reputation — please let us know.
